to make your booking

  • Simply ring or email us! Let us know the date, time, your location and of course which castle you would like. We will check availability and send you a confirmation.
  • We require a deposit of $50.00 at the time of the booking, with balance to be paid in cash on day of delivery.
  • If you wish to pay by cheque or EFT, you will need to do so at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

on the day

  • We will arrive prior to your hire time to set up the castle. Set up usually takes approx 10-20mins. Please ensure the surface area is clear from all obstacles (including the 1.5m wide access point).
  • We will pack up the castle after your hire time. Pack up usually takes approx
    20 minutes. Please ensure the castle is in the same condition as we left it.
  • Once the castle has been set up it cannot be moved due to safety reasons and
    insurance requirements. Please do not attempt to move castle after the
    operator has placed it in the designated area.
  • All castles have a 1.5HP blower and require a normal 10 amp house power outlet to be within 25 meters. The extension cord will be inserted directly into the main electrical socket (double adaptors/power boards may not be utilised).
  • NO sharp or foreign objects, food, drinks, chewing gum, shoes, animals, streamers, poppers, face paint, silly string are allowed inside the castle.
    All these items must be kept away from the jumping castle. If these items come into contact with the castle, the hirer is responsible for the cost of damage, cleaning and repairs.
  • Keep the kids safe and supervise at all times. They will have hours of fun!

  • What does the price include?
    The hire price includes set up, hire time, pack up and a safety briefing.
    Delivery is FREE to suburbs within 25kms of Gisborne VIC 3437.
  • What if we want to cancel the booking?
    If you cancel within 7 days a deposit refund will be provided if we are able to re book the castle. There will be no refund if we arrive to set up and there is
    insufficient area to set up.
  • How much room is required?
    Our Larger castles will require a flat area of 7m x 7m and our smaller castles will require an area of 6m x 6m. A clearance height of 5m is also required and all castles need a clear area around them of 1m. All castles will need to be set up on even flat ground that is clear of rocks, sticks or any objects that may damage the castle.

    An access area of 1.5 m wide will be required to get the castle to the set up point. Please advise us if there are any steps on the access path as some assistance may be required to get to set up point. A power point will need to be within 25m of castle blower.
  • Can we move the castle?
    No. Once the castle has been set up it cannot be moved due to safety reasons and insurance requirements. Please do not attempt to move castle after the operator has placed it in the designated area.
  • How many children can be in the castle?
    We suggest approx 10 children. We also suggest that similar age and weight
    children jump at the same time. For example, 10 year olds jump with other 10 year olds and 3 year olds jump with other 3 year olds.
  • What do we do if it rains?
    All of our castles have rain covers which also provide shade on sunny days. We will give you the option to cancel your booking the day before if it is forecast to rain. You may still go ahead with the booking, but once we arrive, we do not provide refunds. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we deem the weather conditions to be unsafe. This may include high winds or heavy rain.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, we have $ 10 000 000.00 public liability cover. We can supply you with a copy of the insurance cover on your request.
  • Do we need to supervise the castle?
    Yes. A responsible adult over the age of 18, who has had the safety instructions
    explained to them, should always supervise the castle. This will assist in ensuring the safety of all children using the castle.
  • Can you supervise the castle?
    Yes we can. We can provide a supervisor at a rate of $40per hour, minimum 4 hours.
  • Can you set up in a park?
    Yes we can. The castle must be supervised by us and if there is no power available, a generator will need to be hired. Don’t forget to get authority from the local council or Parks Victoria.
  • What happens if we damage the jumping castle?
    If the damage is considered to be malicious then the hirer will be liable for all costs associated with the repair (cost of repairs, transport costs, loss of business costs while the castle is being repaired). We keep a condition report of our jumping castles and would advise you to check the castle (before the delivery person leaves), and note any problems.
